OP, I have a very lose foreskin. I put it down to this in my youth;

When pissing, I use to pinch the end of my foreskin between thumb and forefinger so that the piss could not escape and my foreskin 'ballooned' until i released it.

I used to do it just for the hell of it, and think that's why it's now lovely and lose.

Please try this before you have it done.

MrWho's was removed after being blown up and getting a piece of shrapnel embedded in his penis. He said the most painful bit was getting morning wood, but apparently the Dr's gave him a spray can of something very cold that got rid of the erection sharpish.
