When it all goes wrong

Had a bit of a dramatic evening last night and just wanted to share.

I've been on and off here for over a year now & I've been meeting one guy sporadically for most of this time.

He started seeing someone, we didn't speak for a few months there, then when I signed back up he messaged me saying he was back too and single again. He went UNLOS shortly after, but that's fine.

Long story short, I finished work yesterday to multiple missed calls and texts from him and from what turned out to be his girlfriend. Despite him begging me not to, I sent her screenshots of me saying I was sorry it hadn't worked out between them & him telling me lies after lies.

She actually apologised to ME which I told her (obviously) was unnecessary. We'd both been roped in, and we both deserve better. We actually had a wee laugh about it.

Would be lovely if this is where it ended.

He has since become extremely threatening to us both and the police have become involved. I've been up all night worried about the various ways this could bite me in the arse.

Probably shouldn't be sharing this on here but I needed to get it out my system. Please be careful everyone, you can think you know someone and be horribly wrong.

Now someone please make me tea and give me hugs.

It's horrible to see that this kind of thing still happens.

Remember, don't stay silent! You did the right thing sharing, and getting the police involved. He'll get what's coming to him, and we swingers do need reminding occasionally that sometimes, some people aren't all they're made out to be!

Get yourself a day off work, a hot brew and relax yourself woman, you sound like you need it!

It's happened to me on fab and in real life too. Chin up mrs. Just take it as a lesson learnt. And try to vet them better in future (not always possible I know x)

Very sorry to hear this.

Keep the police updated with any contact this guy makes, the very least they can go for is harassment, it also could be classed as domestic abuse ( need not be physical).

Ask to speak to their Adult protection unit or a female officer if you prefer.

You have the right to a peaceful and safe life.

Tbh whether he had a girlfriend or not if he's the sort of guy that turns nasty on women had it been this issue or some other this would've happened anyway

These people exist whether it's on fab or the 'normal' world

I've had a similar thing a couple of times OP . Not a nice situation to be in and it's extremely stressful. You did the right thing in taking it to the police. I hope you and his gf are ok X

Just wary that he has pics of me and stuff, but I have pics of him too so doubt he'd be that daft.

I know replying to the girl was a questionable move but I didn't want her believing he was in any way innocent here. She's pretty young and I want her to escape!
