I know it's different strokes (excuse the pun)for different folks,but am seeking a happy medium.

Little and often.....or crushingly intense till maybe 4/6/8 weeks hence?

That isn't a question anyone else can answer its too personal but if you're seeking a happy medium it must lie somewhere between your two extremes.

Agreed, everybody is different. For us stays in clubs. For now anyway lol
