As a man, I have enjoyed DP with my wife on a couple of occasions.

First off, the two guys need to be cool with the chance that there might be accidental contact between the two penises. No point in either or both guys being squeamish about this.

If you have all the above it is not difficult. I would suggest await until the woman is fully aroused so l would suggest not starting the fun with it but waiting until everyone is fully excited. It also works better if the woman has already done anal just before going for DP. For both DVP and DP ensure plenty of lube and go gently to start.
