You can get it on prescription but as Pfizers who make the brand Viagra contract has run out to the sole manufacturing rights it's cheaper to get sildenafil on private prescription. About £3.50 for 4

I get viagra for free on the NHS.

I say free but the actual costs involved massive trauma, multiple fracture of both thigh, hips, pelvis and a great deal of nerve damage and internal injuries.

I guess the question is how seriously you want the drug.

Could have been worse, lucky you weren't getting a blow job at time of trauma/accident. But seriously hope you are getting better now

Depends if your GP is a man or a woman?

North West

The NHS don't fund cosmetic or aesthetic issues. Has to be a medical problem and harder and longer are neither. So gotta tell them the lil chap is limp and/or doesn't want to stay up.

Some areas I'm told depending on the comissioning group do one offs or rare occasionals beyond that they require further investigation such as diabetes, counselling, nerve damage, anti depressants, etc because could be an indictor of something more sinister, but it's just what I've been told. Luckily have neither problem, so can't help beyond that.

Haverfordwest

I have recently managed to get them on repeat prescription, the Sildenafil ones, same as viagra but the generic name, not the viagra brand name. I don't usually need them, but with free prescriptions in Wales and too many unknown ingredients in the Internet shops, not to mention to price saving, I decided to ask the doctor for a trial whilst I was seeing him about a nasty rash with blisters from coming in contact with wild parsnip. Nasty stuff, beware!!!

Anyway, I had planted a seed about a year or two ago, when I mentioned it in passing about the possibility looming ahead that I think I might need to try something in the future, because things weren't always happening 'down there' and it's very important and then makes things worse by thinking about it, not doing my self esteem very well and dragging me down because I was still single.

So, the seeds were planted, notes taken and whilst not 100% as a problem I described, made it easier to mention it again a year later, as an ongoing issue. I said I can get an erection but pills definitely help. It all helped my case in getting them.

here in Scotland we get sildenafil citrate in scrip for free. 8 tablets a month and an optional extra 4 for about £1.56.
