Tried these a few years ago when I was training, for that extra pump when exercising. I was single though. Highly recommend them

Got mine from myprotein as the Holland and Barrett one wasn't anywhere near as strong but mp stopped doing it last time I checked.

My ex used them and I think they only worked because he thought they did.

In that relationship, though, I was the one who needed them. --and I had no desire to try any.

Thought these were for helping lifting at the gym. Was I miss interpreting the words extra pump?
