Anyone read in the paper (page 20 of The Times) today that 2 Appeal Court judges have ordered Kestrels is closed and it reverts to being a house for dwelling and not for swinging club/spa. A planning inspector said sexual activity was "...clearly encouraged.." and it was inappropriate for green belt land. Anyone else seen this??
