I don't know of a single "walk-in" swingers club that doesn't require membership and ID to be produced for membership to be granted. In fact I think it may even be a legal requirement (I may be wrong on that point)

However think of it from the point of view of a club's existing members...in an environment like swinging, how would they feel about having someone in their midsts who not even the club owners know who they are? You could be anyone, press, police, criminals, and noone would know.

The only places that you might get the annonymity that you want would be to try a horny porny cinema club. I think you can still walk in off the street, pay (or not as some are free for couples) and get in, no questions asked.

There are a few of these, one in Huddersfield, and about 4 in the West Midlands.

"can anyone recommend a club in yorks or midlands area....and one that does,nt require ID details as we prefer to be totally discreet "

since swingers clubs are in effect private members clubs, surely they would all need ID on your first visit, for legal purposes.....

cupids and partners never asked us for ID..thats why we liked it there.

La Chambre and Infusions, we had to become to become a member which involved a bit of messing about on the 1st night.

agree, if they were not they would not have many members methinks. Discretion is something we all like.

Abfabs at Heathrow you can wear whatever you wish, same at Pleasures in Kent and Sensations. We like that too.

To be honest I wouldn't go to a club that let anyone in, I think giving I'd makes people act better, if I had any problems with a guy I'd like to know the club knew who he was so they could stop it happening to anyone else

I've been using club for 10 years now and never had a single one contact me in anyway

The reason they ask for id etc is to stop the press . You normally have to sign a form that states you are no way associated with the press. This then gives the clubs a right to sue if indeed they are. Keeps us all safe from papers like the news of the world !!!!!

What you said. I'd feel safer in a club where people had nothing to hide.

'Associated with the press' covers a multitude of sins but, in pursuit of a good story, which journo is going to tell the truth? No doubt Tommy Sheridan, presently lanquishing in Barlinnie, would have a view on that.

I confess I find the notion of a swing club raising an action against a newspaper quite laughable.

"To be honest I wouldn't go to a club that let anyone in..."

Exactly, if the management show some respect for the privacy and wellbeing of existing members by some kind of vetting of who comes knocking at the door, then those in the club already can feel a lot more relaxed I would have thought.

I'm certainly not encouraged to try Cupids or whoever that allows any Tom Dick or Harriet in without a clue as to who they are or what they are about.
