Second time its happened, last time about 6 months ago and then again a couple of days ago.

'Thunderclap' headache at the crucial point which then wont go away with the usual painkillers, nausea and vomiting - like having the worst ever hangover without the alcohol...

Ive googled and scared miself to death . Says can last a couple of hours but mine lasts 2 days. Also says should go to the docs to rule out anything sinister but given that Im still alive Im assuming its not....

So my question is, is this a common thing? And any suggestions about how to stop it happening again - other than the obvious?

ive had headache day after long night of fun ,happend the lass 2 sundays ,was thinking to much fun on satnight .

I used to get them, it got to the point I was afraid to cum because it hurt so much.

But they seem to have subsided now I still get the occasional one but I can usually put that down to lack of sleep.

Sorry I can't offer any help on how to resolve the problem though sighhhhhhhhhhh xxx

Not being a scaremonger but if it lasts for a significant time afterwards you should get it checked out. Always best to rule out other causes

True coital headache, first time i had one thought i was going to die, they stopped about 5 years ago, but started again a couple of months ago. Only had two last couple of months though and i avoid the thing that makes me the most horniest.

Bridgend ish and vague the way i like it

Had an excruciating headache just as I was about to orgasm while sitting on hubby's face, lasted 15 mins of intense pain... was so worried went to the doctors next morning and was sent to A&E to run tests.. long and short of it after numerous tests etc was told that its called an orgasmic headache (no shit sherlock was going to say to the consultant lol) and come sometimes occur, not had that experience since and wouldn't want to either.

Thank you for raising this subject and for the discussion. I am fortunate that I do not suffer from headaches any more and have never had a migraine (lucky me!!). However, I know women who have them and they, and you, have my complete sympathy. My interest in the subject is that at work I seem to be able to take away headaches or reduce the level of pain. I have not heard of orgasm headaches before so the discussion has made me think. Many thanks.

when I go to a meet I take my condoms, ibuprofen tablets and an antiemetic tablet!

thankfully it is not often I need to "dose up"
