Its a skill that I'm hoping to learn shortly. The attention to detail creates a stunning erotism, well from my perspective..

There is lots of info on the Web and loads of videos on you tube to help with the basics. This morning I've done the simple ankle to wrist tie and a crab tie waiting to see my model to try out the dragonfly sleeve

Yes - I practice shibari

When I saw how simple but effective the rope cuffs could be, I watched lots tutorial videos and read up about it - that was a few years ago and i so glad I did.

Happy to pass on the details on videos I started from

Rope corsets, harnesses through to simple wrist and ankle shackles - restrained movement through rope play is such a powerful tool

Been playing with rope for about 6 years, and I love it. It's one of the few activities I actually enjoy topping on.

It really doesn't take much to learn a few basic ties and you are away.

Safety police warning, but, always have shears ready to cut the rope if needs be. Check extremities for temperature and sensation - very easy for people to space with rope and have no clue what damage is being done! Learn to do a tie that doesn't tighten if you have a bottom that likes to struggle!

So pretty, so relaxing, soothing and pleasing - LOVE rope!

I was kind of thinking around using it with an element of consequence play. But need to understand the ritual first.

I have had an interest in the fetish lifestyle for some years now but rope play was always on my to do list. Now I have started attending class to expand my knowledge of it. Boy have I got the bug now, I love it.

I am more kinbaku than shibari, l love rope with a passion it is a mistress and a submissive. It can be strict and unyielding and hard to know but can also give and give. It is technical as well as practical and is all things but always the same and l am a moth to its flame.

If you like shibari then the two knotty boys is good. I prefer Chante Rose Bondage for sex and Lee Harrington Bondage you can use. Also a nod to Morpheus's bondage made easy.

Rope for me, like sensation play, is about connection and a consensual defined joint journey.

I suspect similar to predicament play.

A person is tied in a way so that if they move it has an effect. A classic one is tie some one with the hands above their head but as they tire, the hands come down and the other end of the rope pulls a testicle or a nipple. But sometimes the consequence can be something sensual.

The pretty rope is interesting, but having an emotional or physical effect on people with rope, in my view, is more fun.

I saw one the other day on fet life two ladies tied together in a bed side by side on their fronts.

The hands were tied to the top of the bed and their legs and waist were strapped down.

The hair of each was connected by a short rope to an anal hook.....inserted in the other woman. A true test of friendship!
