They messaged you because of your pics and, (maybe, if they did actually bother to read it), your profile, they say.

So why do they expect a reply when they have neither?

Just wondering.

Do some people not think they need the same things that attract them to message others?

It's very annoying. As is when people wink us, we go to their profile and there's noting to see, no pictures, few words. Why bother winking? I really don't understand it. Do they honestly expect us to wink back??!!!

I hate minimalist profiles! I can actually deal with no pictures if the profile is filled out really well. But if a person doesn't have the time or interest to bother filling out more than the bare minimum, what's the point?

The less 'complete' a profile is, the more likely it's fake, or the people who filled it out aren't really that serious.

i've been chatting to a guy today on another site, mostly about nothing much and then as soon as the conversation got 'proper' he had to go. he's not really interested in chatting or me but pretending to.

wait long enough and people always reveal themselves.

I can understand having no profile or photos if they're not bothered or are just here to look at the pretty pictures, which is fair enough.

What I don't get is messaging someone because they like the pics/profile and not realising that they were interested because of those things, so they are likely to need those things themselves in order to get interest.

Surely someone interested by pics/profile will realise that other people are likely to want to see those things too? No?

We look at the message click on the profile to see if we find them attractive or not if you don't we normally don't reply anymore and no pictures we just block now.

We don't mind winks and don't mind if the message only say Hi,

If you not our cup of tea it's going know where.

That is one of my wife's biggest complaints, too. Our profile is all filled out...the information is right there!

She used to try to get a little conversation going, but now it just bores the tits off of her.
