Arranging a small party

Ok. Love a good gathering but if you have ever arranged ones what are the checklist. 1) location .... No one want to use house so serviced apartment. Easy. 2) invitees... Want new faces but what's the no show rate like 3) always want some extra guys to keep things going but how flaky are they? 4) what do we need to know that isn't obvious ..... Booze / nibbles / condoms / lube / tunes. Love to hear good and bad stories we can learn from.

No show rate can be anything from 50% to 80% unfortunately, and its usually the single guys that are the flakiest.

Germaine Greer said you should always have a few spare men at a sex-party to keep the women happy while the other men are resting. However, we have always had even numbers, and the only people invited who we haven't met before have been friends of friends. At our parties the woman usually play together while the men recover; that helps them to do so! Been to parties with spare men and that's been OK too, but there shouldn't be too many spare men. Thank you, must admit ones we have attended have always had a few extra swordsman. But agree it's a mute point if everyone invited shows and keeping to friends helps but having new blood is also part the fun?

Agree it's nice to have new people at parties but it's also nice to have the various friends we 4some with all together for a party, everyone is relaxed and very uninhibited. If you're not up for a big party it's great to 6some with friends too.
