Personally i don't see what's wrong with it.

When i was single meets like that were great at times if i was feeling horny and didn't want to be wined and dined.

In fact i was never wanting to be wined and dined so if the guy fitted what i was looking for at the time then those kind of meets were fine

I get a lot of mail like this, personally I don't see the problem, I don't accommodate so tend to meet in hotels, if a guy I like mails me saying he's in a local hotel I'd say that's a win win for both of us if there's an attraction

Personally, I dislike the "I am in a Hotel for the night, want to pop round?" requests. Nor do I like the "I'm on a lay-by off the A1, fancy some fun in my cab?" However, as has been said, some people like/want that. I'm sorry to break it to you...but you don't have final say what fab is 'about'. Fab is a web platform thats used by many, many different people. I understand it might be frustrating for you to get such messages, but that's how a certain user wanted to use the site. The problem is it's badly designed the filters are too broad, the search is very vague etc. So if you want to fire a request out such as 'fancy a fuck' there's no way of knowing if you'll hit a good demographic as some users at some point may just fancy a fuck and some will be repulsed into hitting the block button.

I think these forums can be very opinionated in the masses at times and group mentality contributes to a lot of decisions, decisions by comittee, leading to one problem and one point of blame, fundamentally the product is a little flawed not always user.

It's a matter of personal choice if the meet includes something like a date. To me there is no reason why NSA sex doesn't include what is normally considered a date. My husband and I have met guys for drinks, for dinner, for lunch, invited them to our house for dinner. Is that dating? Sort of I suppose, but there's three of us.
