There is strong medical evidence that this type of prostate play and milking is a dangerous trend and can lead to prostate cancer. I was under the impression of the precise opposite, that prostate stimulation helped keep things nice and healthy down there, kept things flowing along nicely. Obviously, ramming away and bruising it, or for people who are already suffering from prostate cancer, is to be avoided.
