I'll get the threadball rolling. I'm a fan of the 1987 film starring Elisabeth Shue, Adventures in Babysitting. The film was also released as, A Night on the Town.

I found out a while back that Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle was released in the UK as Harold and Kumar Get the Munchies cuz you guys don't have White Castle.

Welcome to the Jungle was called the Rundown in the US. The Ben Stiller film Our House was called Duplex in the states
