doubt it to be honest

Maybe in a relationship but i doubt very much any guy would take it if they wasnt in a relationship, i think lots of men still feel birth control is the womans job even tho they wouldnt never admit it for fear of not sounding a 'moden man'

It wouldnt make any difference to me anyay, id still take my own birth control and use condoms so i think im pretty much covered as far as not getting pregnant goes without having to worry about if the mans on the pill too lol

you would need to do a national poll to get near the answer to that.

Me personally? Yes I would have taken it in my younger days before I had the snip.

In my opinion the pressure will always be on the lady though wont it? She is the one who will be left pushing the pram once the guy has done a runner.

Will you always believe a guy who says "It's ok, I'm on the pill?"

I can remember some research that was published back in the early 70's when I was still at school.

The biggest side effect that they told us about then, was that guys eyes turned red if they drank alcohol while the pill was in their system

So red eye, coupled with lack of labido and a less than 95% efficiency rate, it's no surprise we are 40 years down the road and it's still not ready

I don't rely on the men to put on a condom as the sole form of contraception, never have, never will!

My friend, Steve (it may have been Dave), told me that all you need to do is pull out. Or if the woman is on top.

They can't get pregnant that way.

Personally, I wouldn't rely solely on a pill unless I was happy with the potential outcome, which is currently very unlikely! x

Trust a man to take the pill?

I can't even trust mine to set the alarm in the mornings! I would probably have been non stop pregnant for the last 19 yrs if id have trusted him to take care of the contraception

They might but I'd still want to use condoms with swinging partners. To be honest I'm not sure I'd even trust a partner with them, I know how forgetful men can be - lost count of the number of times I've heard exes say "oh shite, I'll do it tomorrow" about stuff like posting letters so a pill? Nah

In this day an age I dont see point....(unless of course in stable relationship) and im betting he bloody forgets to take it lol

SAFE SEX is a must nowadays so it seems bit pointless...

Dif for women who take pill for any number of reasons....

I wouldn't entirely trust a man who says he is on the pill. I will always take the pill and use condoms for swinging anyway so it wouldn't make any difference to me.

However, there have been so many cases of women saying they are using contraception and duping men into getting them pregnant. A man may want to start taking the male pill to avoid this and still enjoy sex without a condom.

from a man's point of _iew to have such a pill would be a boon so as not to worry about unwanted offspring coming back on them.

yes i can see how that would help some single men be more in control not wishing for offsrings some would i am sure like that knowing 9 months down the line no womans going to be turning up saying you need to know be paying and looking after the baby maybe give some peace of mind.

lol seem the average swingers is intent on man bashing lol

Some men can be very mature about things, I for example, am a single dad with full custody of my little un, I have taken control of my life and something like taking a pill or having an injection would be very easy to do and therefore I would be well up for it. Anyway, if we are talking about being responsible is safe sex (ie condom) not the way forward for swingers?

I know some ppl prefer to play bare back, but if that is the case then surly its best to take responsibility for yourself rather than someone else’s word for it.
