It totally depends on the type of XXY Gene makeup you have. I am thankful that I have the Mosiac form of KS and was actual fertile (I do have children) but most XXY gene carriers are infertile. I still suffered from many of the other symptoms of XXY genetics though, including breast growth and lower than normal testosterone as a teenager. It took me a long time (far too long really) to deal with it properly by accepting that I was a woman, because my physical nature and society at the time made feel I had to conform to the norm. So I did everything I could to be masculine and to some (limited)extent was transphobic/homophobic because I couldn't cope with the dichotomy of the situation I was in. Ultimately you have to accept what your brain is telling you. It took a mental breakdown for me to get there after suffering with depression my entire adult life. Acceptance makes it easier and I am now leading a happy life as the woman I always felt/knew I was. | |||
