You can pick up speculums really cheaply. I tend to get the single use sterilised ones then throw them away after use. Might nit be the most cost effective approach though.

I've found a few vanilla guys quite like the medical role play thing or even just done as a mild humiliation exercise.

We have a speculum in our toy bag, we don't play with it very often, if you get a metal one it can be placed in hot water or in the fridge to chill for a different sensation
