Are we becoming less prudish in this country do you think? we arent anywhere near hollands level of openness ragrding sex but are we getting better. It seems younger generation see group sex as normal thing something to experience not a taboo as such.

Yes I think we are slowly, I have been in the adult business for over 15 years and can honestly say I have seen a change in that time.

It's nothing new. There will always be people who embrace different sexual activities and those who will be against it. Wish I'd known at an earlier age what I know now although not sure how open I'd have been at 20 about what I find acceptable now.

K has gone with a friend and her mum to a naturist resort in Majorca fora few days friend is 30 and only goes topless her mum 60plus K 50 both go naked, so not sure the young are as free as we might think, however I dont think they are so hung up about sex itself as some of us oldies.

Yeah, it's disappointing the amount of hatred towards women that I see on a daily basis on the forums on Fab. Not what I expected when I joined.

When i was a teenager you had to buy a top shelf glamour mag, there was hardly any hard core porn and you had to have a cine projector. Then came video recorders then came the internet and porn is now instantly accessible to most teenager. This has got to have changed attitudes in one respect however in others the swinging sixties and free love had been replaced with big brother watching you and catching people for sex crimes from years ago.

I also wish things had been as open when I was 20 as they are now - I welcome it, people do not need to feel trapped and repressed which can only be a good thing

I thin that things are getting more open but not necessarily in a good way. For example, there a huge amount of evidence that young boys from about 11 upwards are watching hard core porn on their computers, etc, and are taking up a lot of the misogynisitic attitudes and behaviours that some of it shows. A lot of young women are conforming with this because they think that it's expected of them. Thus for example the demise of pubic hair in young women, the acceptance of bukake/cream pie on the face and violence in some situations and anal sex. Yes, society might be more broad-minded, but to a certain extent I feel it's going down rather unpleasant avenues.

I think the issue with This Morning doing slots on sex is just the wrong time of day. Kids could be watching. It's not appropriate.

I agree with some of what you say, but kids used to look at porn before in magazines and films, I think its to do with how you bring them up, my son would never treat a woman the way some men of my age and older have treated me.

yes, fair point, but I would say quite categorically that the porn available these days is quite a bit more hard-core than used to be available when I was a kid. By the way, I'm not saying that the things I mentioned are wrong or unpleasant per se, but a lot of young lads appear to believe that these are the normal and usual ways of behaving, to the exclusion of more consensual sexuality.

Hell to the no.

I'm very open about my sexuality and swinging. Most of my friends (gay, queer, bi and straight) do that British embarrassed titter when I talk about it. Which is kinda odd as most of them are artists, musicians, DJs, creative types. You'd think they'd be a bit more bohemian and free but are still installed with a Victorian prudery about sex.

Only ones open enough to have a laugh about it are sex workers or swingers.
