well just looked on scholor and 2.3ml (Nelson & bulge et al1 1974)to 3.2(Macloed & wang, 1979) seems to be normal. so anything higher must be a heavier load

I've absalutely no idea. One of the many surprises when I joined the swing scene, was that not only cum production was measurable, but that being a so called 'heavy cummer' was considered something to be proud of. Whereas I get the attraction of a big cock, six pack, nice bum, sexual technique etc, I never quite understood why cum quantity was important.

It's one of those things that I think you can tell just by looking, coupled with your first, instinctive thought. Seeing some pictures on fab my initial instinctive thought was "Jeez, wtf!.
