Middlesbrough/Helmsley NY

A lot of people's profiles say their in the north east when really it's Leeds and other places of that area

I'm northeast as I live in Middlesbrough as are people from Durham ,Sunderland ,Newcastle and so on Leeds is West Yorkshire

I agree, considering the population of London/S.E. we seem to be under represented on here!

It's been commonly stated that up north we're friendlier than down south.

It's just a natural extension of that "friendliness".
