Just an observation, there seems to be quite a few "recycled" photo's popping up on the same profiles. Why would people delete their pics just to upload the same ones again!!

Simply because they can and they want to. It's their profile afterall.

Sometimes it may also be because uploading a new photo gets a few more profile views. Or maybe they just like to switch them round cos they get bored of the same one's.
