Bi night and shift works

Everyone saying I need to go to bi nights difficult when I work night shifts and your short staffed at work come on people get real not all of us have the luxury of being home everynight

Do what is right for you, not what everyone thinks you should be doing.

Saying that, I'm sure you don't work every night, and I'm pretty sure you'll get annual leave entitlement?
