Want to try versus Need to?

What would you like to try but if you never do, it wouldn't bother you all that much versus something you absolutely want to try?

Eg - I wouldn't mind trying watersports (giving) but if I never do, it wouldn't bother me too much.

I really want to have a MFF and if I never do, it would suck big time!
