Adult circumcision

Have any of the guys here been circumcised during adulthood? It's something I am considering for a few reasons, any advice appreciated!

Am ex of mine had it done because he had issues pulling it back and it had been splitting and becoming sore after sex. He said it was the best thing he had even done.
