I have tried a few and invested some serious money. I honestly wouldn't waste your money on metal ones. Leather hmmmm. The rubber type ones are a great balance of enhanced feel (only slight dont expect much) comfort and hygiene. Leather isnt good!!

I wear cock rings quite a lot and have found the rubber ones the best.

I tend to wrap it round the balls and the cock, makes me really hard and as I am genearally a long stayer anyway not sure if it helps but my guess would be yes it does.

Word of caution they do get very tight so be careful when removing might be an idea to oil up first,

Also as I am shaven there is no hair to catch on !!!! that might be a sore point lol
