I tend to wear short skirts in the winter months more.. With thick Lycra tights...

Summer (if we get one) it's short shorts

You don't need warm weather to wear short skirts - they look fine with welly boots, or over-the-knee boots, for example.

You probably mean the ones that aren't riddled with thread and varicose veins, don't have knobbly knees or thunder thighs and are never in need of a quick shave, right?

Actually no! Those ones that you just catch a glimpse of as you walk down the street, or that are maybe showing a little more than expected while sat in a pub beer garden - it's the lady and the situation rather than just the legs!
