Take it slow. Practise practise practise. And don't put yourself under pressure. If you start to gag, pull out slightly till the gag reflex settles. And make the practising fun.

you can practice opening your throat without a cock in it, that's what i do.

like push the muscles outwards, a bit like when you're yawning.

For me it was all about the angle. All cooks are different so for me the least amount that it hit my tonsils the better. With my Bf it works best in a 69 Position cas it goes back my throat pretty easy then. Also don't eat too close to doing it and take it slow....practice makes perfect
