Have had very close friends before in swinging Stayed at each others houses, meet family etc. Don't see the problem.

Say for example, he (or she) is visiting his family for a couple of weeks and invites you over for a week in-between where the two of you will be travelling together

His (or her) parents will naturally be curious as to who he (or she) is disappearing off with for a week. So they tell him to bring her over for lunch at home before the two of them go away for the rest of the holiday

Would you go there or would you make an excuse? And what kind of an excuse?

Why? I doubt they will manacle he/she/you in the basement and if you regard them highly enough to go away for a week with them, a family lunch seems no big deal to me.

None of the above initially... however should I have the pleasure of friendship with the benefits of Fab friends then I'd consider most.

Not up for meeting the parents mind. No matter how chummy we might be.

I just say 'online' usually, that covers all eventualities! They even have a perfectly innocent social site called 'Meetups' now, so you can even say a meeting site rather than a dating site with impunity!

Meet the parents? Hell no, I don't even let people in my flat.

That to me would change the dynamics of the relationship from a sexual one to a much more emotionally involved boyfriend girlfriend relationship and I'm so not down with that lol
