No expert but some are very easy to guess, especially slimmer women, who tend to have smaller busts.

It just reinforces, the point that the bra size of often meaningless, it's the actual, unleashed, size that counts

Probably don't need to if meeting someone off fab. By the time it gets to the point of meeting, I'm sure cock/boob measurements have been exchanged.
