How do I know if a married lady is a swinger; I work in a care home and there is this lady I normally work with during my shifts, God she is busty. In her late 30's but I'd prefer her to any 18 year old any day.

She told me she's happily married and her husband bought a mug which she can take to work that says 'Sexy'.

When we enter the rooms to help the residents during our night shifts she always tend to bend over right in front of me(my standing spot) and she must have noticed that I stare at her ass during the shift.. I have a feeling she'd agree to do me because I've been trying to seduce her at work and I feel its working. But I don't want her to cheat and I'm not 100% sure she's into me as she always mentions how young i am (I'm 22!)

Sometimes when we are in the rooms I honestly feel like just grabbing her butt and deal with the consequences later. Its that tempting. Like you can see her pants showing and her boobs coming out. She's a friendly lady and one of the oldest staff at work.

I don't know whether to ask her if she's a swinger or not. If I do and she turns me down, it will be weird working nights with her.

But if she doesn't turn me down then I have a regular swinging buddy.

What do I do guys?

The consequences of acting on your urges could, at worst, be a criminal record for sexual assault as well as possible prison time if you've misread the situation. She may just be trying to do her job whilst wearing an impractical uniform for her body shape and may not actually be trying to tease you. She also probably doesn't appreciate being letched upon at work.

If you are sure of the signals, how about you strike up a conversation on a break time and casually mention that you have a profile on here or steer the conversation towards sex or swinging. Don't connect her to this statement (I'm on fab if you're interested ...?) and see if she sparks to it. Maybe ask her about her marriage and how long they've been together. If she appears uncomfortable then drop it immediately. Planting the idea in her head and then walking away to let her consider it would be the best course. If she's up for it she'll find you. If not then she won't. Don't press it.

Whatever you do, it's highly likely to make your work life difficult (or very easy if she makes a complaint of sexual harassment towards you). It might net you the quick fumble that you're craving but it could also end horribly in flames.

Or are you simply asking the question again, because you didn't like the answers you got last time.?

Better still; pm me your name, and details of the place you work at, then I can get in touch with the Care Quality Commission and report you for your behaviour . You are supposed to be a carer... Go and do your job.
