Just after people's opinions as to which make the sexier pics. Seen some great examples of both

cahoots

Both are great but there's something about black and white that gives it the edge sometimes.

I like both, but I lean towards preferring color. I think it's nice to have a profile of bright and colorful pictures.

I like black and white. Colour shows too many blemishes on me

My personal preference for the ultimate sexy pic is black n white, lady wearing stocking n heels.

Oh my word I would be in heaven

We need to do more black and white ones. Our profile pic looks much better in b&w than colour

Black & White are better, you can't see any skin issue on some body...

I like both. I looked at my pics the other day and thought that I could do with some more colourful ones

Depends on what you are trying shoot. Black & White adds a more sensual touch I find.

If you're naturally good looking, colour. Everyone else, black and white.

As you can see we prefer black and white, but thinking now that we should have a few more colour pics

Brighton - even Hove!

I think you can get better skin tones in black and white.

Try a blue tinge....

For portrait/face shots I tend to prefer colour. Where there is a lot of contrast, for example a white lady wearing black lingerie, B&W can look stunning.

I'm an amateur photographer (not offering my services, I hate doing photo shoots). I still use film for B&W because nothing can replicate the look. When the lighting and subject are right, B&W can really look stunning.

Think it depends on the style of the picture where colour or black and white work best

I'll be the odd one out and say that I like the ones which are black and white but have something still in colour, like someone's blue eyes or a red item of clothing perhaps. It's a colour photo where the colour is taken out from all but one or two highlighted areas and usually enhanced further by increasing the colour saturation.

I think it absolutely depends on the pic, some pics really lend themselves to B/W and some really benefit from colour.

Now Alice has her dyed a bit red I'm leaning towards colour more though, to be honest!

I have some pics that look better in black and white and some in colour. Although I tend to agree with black and white pictures looking better, some of my colour ones would look idiotic in b&w.

Subject, composition, lighting, etc all play a part in it.

Depends on where the pic is taken

off camera flash low key inside then black and white. Somewhere colourful .leave the colour in.

some just look better in black n white.

the nudes we have on the wall at home are b and w

I can't work out why b/w photos can look more 'erotic'!? And you're right, there are some great examples here!

Black and white hides a multitude of sins. Like if my underwear doesn't match.

Sepia tone is a great option also, gives warmth to a photo, and a subtle dimension of color, while maintaining the effect of monochrome photography.
