Not sure if you are including TV's in this,but for me it grew out of the dressing up thing.

Dressing as a female inevitably led to me wanting to experience sex with a man with me taking a submissive 'female' role.

I'm not sure why, but I much prefer being truly submissive to a Lady. Certainly I find they are much better at spanking etc .

Mine started quite young. In my youth I used to love dressing up as a girl, and felt my submissive side coming out way back then. I dressed for ages in secret when at college but since then life got busy, married and three beautiful little boys. I find my submissive side is still present. I love to be on my knees massaging and worshipping my wife's feet or any other ladies feet who like that too. I've tried the dom side a few times but most certainly prefer to be sub. In my various jobs I have had to be assertive and be in control and make lots of decisions..... in my Fab life I am a Switch and when the mood takes me I like give over to my sub side to relinquish that command and control

In my job, it's expected of me to be assertive and before I was navy Dan, I was PC Dan, again another job where you have to be in control, which though I love doing what I do, sounding assertive doesn't actually come natural to me. Not entirely sure when I first realised.

I've never been the most confident, so it's great to be with someone more dominant.

I've never had the pleasure of being dominated by a female but it is a fantasy of mine I've had quite a while. First discovered it on FL and that's when it sparked my interest.

Like other people have said the reason for it is that I am highly competitive and assertive in personal life. It is completely natural for a male to be competitive and fight for the alpha status. So I think it would be a great feeling to loose that control.

When it comes to domme's, I find dominant and assertive girls naturally more attractive than others. The whole don't mess with me aura they give out is very sexy. The biggest I would say turn on for me in it would however be 'THE SMILE', and eye contact.
