The day the adrenaline goes is the day to stop - the nervous excitement and anticipation is half the fun for me provided of course the fear doesn't consume you!

Remember - they're probably having the same pre- meet nerves as you!

U getting loads of great advice fella!

Also remember to breath & take ur time when speaking. I used to speak to fast & mumble my words too. It will get a lil bit less nerving with time

All you can do is be you!! Don't try to impress just be yourself and go with the flow. Everyone gets the jitters before a meet so it's only natural just enjoy have fun and hope it works out for ya

Maybe some dutch courage? Everyone has given great advice, but just remember it'll be that initial 10 seconds, then you'll find you will completely relax and the butterflies will soon disappear!

Nervous is good...even after a year of seeing my FB I get nervous, he keeps me on my toes and I never know what the night will bring. Nerves are part of the fun, means you are looking forward to it
