Think the last thread may have been deleted...so here goes again!

Had a couple of threads for gym fit guys which showed a lot of love on there. Then I thought why not make one for all the ladies out there that go the extra mile for us whether it be by going to the gym, getting their hair done, having a manicure etc. Ladies, I just wanted to say that all that effort, well, it definitely doesn't go unnoticed!
