I have MS and occasionally suffer with this. It's pretty horrible and can make me panic, especially if I feel like I can't swallow

But OP, I am not offended at all. I can see the humour in it

I just wouldn't be sucking any cock on those days

Well ....yes your tongue is part of the whole process of chewing and swallowing. ... but in people who suffer with dysphagia it isnt an easy process ....
