Just where I need to be.

Lemon drizzle, lemon cheesecake and decadent chocolate cake are what I make best. But my breads are even better.

Oh. Creme brulee!

If only for the way you get the fire thingy out to caramelise and harden the surface before that magical, delicate crack as you split it open with the edge of a spoon.

There is nothing quite like a good Victoria sponge - but are you a jam, cream and jam or buttercream and jam!?

Banoffee pie is delish but very sickly.

Similarly tiffin and rocky road.

But I've a current liking for home made flapjack which is keeping me satiated for a while yet!

Mmm cake!! You can't beat it

I bake all the time. I have a home based business. I have cakes in the oven now, ready for a Christening on Sunday. It will be decorated with a cute pink bear, bunting & buttons (just a plain sponge with vanilla buttercream & jam this time)

I make a very good dark chocolate and cherry cheesecake and a cracking lemon one. I'm food limited at the moment though so I shall have to figure out a wheat and cherry free version.
