Swansea - Guildford

We are a trio ! Two girls and their male partner ! We only meet as a trio and state that ! Couples asking constantly if the two girls will meet them without OUR male partner really rattles out ovaries !

Stop please ! It's very cheeky !

Thank you Fab forumites for giving us the chance to vent our spleen ! We feel much better now but would still appreciate any tips on how to avoid this frequent scenario

Tricky one as you call yourself 'ladies' so a quick perusal may just lead people to think you are indeed ladies and no man involved. Two only are allowed on the profile, I know that much, but why not then put one of you and the male? I know your profile text puts the matter straight, but can't help but think your name lures people in ... false advertising slogan?

If it were me, I would have made the profile an MF profile from the start and then mentioned the other woman in the text. Making an FF profile then mentioning a third person who is a man kinda tells me you were looking for more attention...the attention isn't always good.

Not saying that's why you made the profile FF instead of MF, just that I can kinda understand the confusion.

is it because your profile states that you are a FF couple perhaps?

I mean its hardly rocket science is it...and its not as if you explain yourselves very well in your profile either....

if you are indeed a trio that should form either your heading or your first paragraph, rather than naming and shaming some poor git that happened to read your profile wrongly....as many would

I would say it's probably down to a few things.

You're down as a FF couple for a start. I know that only 2 can go on a profile but if you had a MF it would cut down on people not expecting a male present.

You could still the third in the text

Your username probably doesn't help.

The one veri you show, states meeting 2 of you, not 3.

Of course if everyone read profiles it would help but they don't. From first impressions, I'd assume there wouldn't be a male either.

We tried a male / female couple profile prior to this one with an additional female added in the text . That lead to huge explanations in messages .

Thanks all perhaps some re- jiggy jigging may be in order . We don't want to false pretence nor do we wish to create work for ourselves . Sometimes what looks logical from the inside does far less so from the outside . If it's confused done of you kind enough to look and ponder it must confuse the casual glancer even more .

Mmmmm time for thought and scribblings on paper .
