Have you noticed that some people regardless of message volume seem to get round to at least opening a message and taking whatever action they seem appropriate whilst others are notoriously bad at it

Usually the ones you really trying to get hold of

Some of us even look at the message and mark as unread to avoid hurting feelings and getting the "why oh why not" messages.

Our block list is getting kinda full after all

I'll be honest I would like a straight no instead of waiting to see if they open it or not

Bear in mind that not everyone is monitoring Fab all the time. They do have lives as well!

If you're concerned about a message that is unread or unanswered, you could check it against the person's 'last on' entry on the profile. They might read mail, say, only every week.(But even that is not necessarily accurate).

We don't always have time to reply straight away or will wait until we are both together to decide if we like them enough or not.

We like to ancer the messages together so sometimes it takes us a long time to get back to people! But most of the time we just delete them cos most people have not read the profile x

Brighton - even Hove!

My messages are like missiles - fire and forget. I don't bother checking to see if they've been read or not.

We tend to leave them marked as unread until both of us have read them....which sometimes takes a while

Unless the e-mail is clearly thoughtless in what we were looking for then we just delete there and then.

I don't reply to all messages I get. What little time I do spend on here, I like to mooch the forums or chat in the chatrooms...

It's not ignorant to delete or leave a message unanswered. If I replied to every message I got, I'd have no time to do anything else!!
