I think every one on fab would have too have a photo on their profile. How do you know if the are a couple or female, it could be a guy getting off reading your replays .i understand people don't like their face on show, but blank the face out and if you have a face pic, put in friends only, and then it's for friends too see and you got control who see it. John

I'm not keen on that idea I don't like things like that to be compulsory.

You can choose not to interact with people who have no photos though

It would make life much easier for those who receive a high volume of messages if this happened.....

And how would you know that the photo was genuine?

I get a lot of messages and despite having a filter for must have public photos I get a lot with none.

If you get ten messages off ten guys all with no pic they blur into one another.....!

I think it would be good if you were limited to the number of messages you could send until photo-verified. I think this would make those unwilling to get photo verified think about their messages more.

I also think you should be able to upload more than one verification photo and that the number of verified photos you have is displayed (even having a separate gallery that you may choose who can see).

Just my thoughts and I don't necessarily think that having a verification photo makes someone any less of an arse.

Agreed..if people on here wont contact me because I don't have public photographs I'm certainly not going to loose any sleep over it.

Yes and no. I certainly hear what you are saying and agree. However it is quite easy to fake a meet verification and harder to do so for a photo verification (I am sure the people that review photo-verifications are aware of photoshop etc.).

I also don't think a verified member (by any means) should be message restricted. To reduce the amount of scattershot one line messages (which appear to cause such offense), however I truly believe those without any kind of verification should be restricted in message totals (daily or weekly).

For me a personal verification isn't as important as a photo verification. But that's just me. No this isn't my first profile. Yes I have had two meets, recently (one social), no I don't have any verifications from others (I must have been crap ). But that's not why I am saying it. I just have faith in the site administration and therefore the photo verification system

its a matter of personal choice.. Some are ok others are not..

A photo obviously helps give some idea of who you are talking to, but understand that for some anonymity is important.

Veri's dont always tell the full story only chatting to a person can give that..
