We have stated in our profile that we are not looking for single men, yet they persist in winking at us or sending friend request. Why is this? Do they think they are so wonderful that we will turn around and say, OMG we must have him as a friend / meet with him or words to that effect? Do they think the fact that they either haven't read the profile or gone specifically against what we state in our profile will endear us to them? Single men, help me out here, what do you hope to achieve? Apart from being blocked / deleted / ignored?

I hate to say this, but...single men that ignore reading profile texts and re_iewing peoples preferences are unlikely to read a forum....

...so by default this post just achieves two things, it continues to damage the reputation of single men, and secondly agitates the single men that a) read the forums and b) probably read profiles....

Some single guys not all but in an all eh or is is every single single fella on the site you've recieved mail & winks from

Personally I dont contact or approach cpls/fems that aint seeking-shouting for single guys. I'm sure I aint the only guy like that either.

If a cpl/fem has blocked single guys they shouldn't be able to contact regardless they can or cannot read your profile

Our profile is pretty blunt about our preferences and to be fair it seems to work in most cases.

An exception last week was a single guy who wrote asking about a meet. We suggested he READ our profile and he wrote again asking to meet.

We wrote back again and he replied "I don't care what you are looking for. I want a fuck."

Some people are just begging to be blocked. lol

Not really.

When you apply the message filter for single men it says - not looking for single men, doesn't say this if you filter out couples or women from messaging, just the men. But I may still be looking to meet men just not get loads of pointless messages from them, those I have mailed previously can still mail me just those who I haven't chatted with before.

I would bother as I do read profiles but then again .I don't understand some couples looking at profiles that are looking for females.looking at my profile either.

just to add, my profile is for females and couples. i work a lot of nights, was on shift last night. i get more mail. around two to three am from couples profiles, yet always, when replying, get messagae back, only male there. when check profile, it is mostly a new profile that night.all want to see my pics. delete and block.

Having read the comments and not quite as annoyed as I was this morning, I think this is probably the point. There are many on here, couples and singles both, who are not swingers but looking for a quick NSA fuck. There are others who use it as a flirty friend chatsite. There are those who are swingers and those who have more alternative interests. It is a wide community and many different levels within it. We have now hopefully blocked single men from winking or contacting us, didn't realise we could do that, so my trivial irritation with deleting winks and friend invites should lessen. To be fair, there are also winks and invites from couples who smoke who we do not meet, and those from miles away who it would be impossible to meet with so it happens in all sections of this community. Thanks for the feedback, and hope you all have a lovely Easter.

Having read the comments and not quite as annoyed as I was this morning, I think this is probably the point. There are many on here, couples and singles both, who are not swingers but looking for a quick NSA fuck. There are others who use it as a flirty friend chatsite. There are those who are swingers and those who have more alternative interests. It is a wide community and many different levels within it. We have now hopefully blocked single men from winking or contacting us, didn't realise we could do that, so my trivial irritation with deleting winks and friend invites should lessen. To be fair, there are also winks and invites from couples who smoke who we do not meet, and those from miles away who it would be impossible to meet with so it happens in all sections of this community.
