Curvy or BBW are pretty subjective judgements really. Rather than define what it means to you OP, especially since it may mean something else to someone using either term to describe themselves, just decide if you like the look of a person as an individual without having to resort to labelling why.

Only to some it's subjective I define curvy as an hour glass figure so you go out at the hips/ass in at the waist and out again the the chest/shoulders that can be present on both slim and large ladies

I class myself as ample. I'm overweight and curvy. Slim/average etc can still be curvy, but fat/ample is different IMO.

Curvy and bbw are both very subjective terms. Therefore will mean different things to different people.

I describe myself as Curvy but have had people disagree with me.

If I find someone attractive, I find them attractive. I'm not bothered whether they are slim, average, Curvy or bbw or anything in between.

I had a clear waist when I was a size 20/22 and still do now I'm a 14. My shape hasn't changed in terms of ratio, just the proportions of each have shrunk (just about equally although my thighs are resisting).

I had an fb once who insisted on calling herself a bbw, yet in my eyes she was no more than curvy at most. So, I'd say as in most things, it's in the eye of the beholder.

I am size 10-12 at the top and waist and 16-18+ in the hips and i hAve also been bigger - 14-16 amd 18-20+, respectively. However, being 5 foot tall, I would not appreciate being called "big".

Just had a quick peep and to me you do look curvy.....your boobs and bottom look like they stick out more than your waist.....It doesn't matter what I think though it's how you _iew yourself that counts and if you don't feel curvy fits then we need to look for a new word that suits you.....voluptuous?

Always a difficult one because the lines really do blur depending on tastes etc. What I see as a BBW doesn't do it for me but curvy women make me drool like a wolf

Curvy to me is nicely proportioned and can come in a range of sizes.

They have different meanings to me.

Anyone can have a curvy figure as its a shape ~ slim, average, large.

BBW is a name used for very large women.

It doesn't really matter does it? Curvy is what I call myself. Whether others refer to me as a BBW is up to them, doesn't matter to me and isn't within my control. Whatevvs I say.

It can be either of the 2 what you would class as curvy or bbw will be different from others and some women would be happy called either but others wouldn't

I personally have no issues with either if lady is fun and enjoys life that's it for me it's all about the fun

This drives me mad.. Curvy is curvy.. Anyone with curves .. You can be a size 8 and have curves. So anything up to a 16 in my eyes is curvy. BBW is just a term to try and make fat women sound better... This is coming from a fat woman.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder though, you can be thin and beautiful and fat and beautiful, athletic and beautiful, any shape and beautiful. Xx
