Been speaking to a couple for about two weeks and met up for a social and all got on well and agreed to stay in touch which we have but now notice every status we put on they change theirs to something identical to ours if we put a meet up they ask if they can attend all quite flattering but don't think it will go any further than friends on our part, we are new to scene and they are apparently experienced swingers but a little unnerving they seem to copy our statuses and if we say what we're upto somethong fun they seem to go one extra what would your opinions if this was happening to you?

Maybe they are just using status trying to show they are interested in taking things further. Have you actually told them directly you aren't interested? ? If not then maybe an idea as will stop any false hope . If you have then either have a direct conversation regarding the status updates or block them .

I would change my status to "off to LA for the weekend" and see if they put "off to Hawaii for the weekend" or put stupid ones like "the chickens are clucking"....

It sounds like they are very interested in you both, and in taking things further. But they need to bear in mind that you are new to this and go at your pace. If you are only comfortable with socials then it's fine to request more socials with other people.
