If your willing to put sperm up your hole and not worry about infections what else are you worried about that could be wrong with it??

That's not me being judgemental I really don't care what others do I just don't understand what your worried about and what you mean by safe in the light of what your willing to do with it

If your having several guys cum in it now can you know its sti free?

I'd say no this isn't safe

But im no expert so my advice would be nip to your local clinic if your worried if they say it's OK to have several guys cum in a bottle over a period of a few days before you shove it up your hole crack on

Would you let a nutrient cocktail like that sit around at room temperature for several days and then ingest it?

Freeze each contribution as soon as you can. Put all the frozen cum together, let it thaw and then glug it down. Pretty nearly as good as fresh.
