Rest day today. I rode 95 miles last weekend, ridden to work all week and done 3 turbo sessions. Have a very hilly 60+ mile route tomorrow morning so today I'm resting.

I'm not a morning person so the earliest workout I'll do is no earlier than 08:30. Weekends I'll leave until late morning, early afternoon. I'm assuming it's a gym workout you're talking about?

About 11 o'clock for us two, always a bit later on a Saturday and Sunday . Chest and abs today. assuming either of us can walk to the car to get there as it was leg day yesterday and we are both cream crackered

So much more energy in the mornings, my best workouts and PBs usually appear then!
