It does generally.

They are not 'chicks with dicks', they are transwomen who may well have dysphoria about their bodies and are unlikely to want you to touch their clit/penis (depending on their preferred term).

Also post-op / post-transition transwomen are just women. They have genitals that is the same as cis-women. There would be no reason to seek out a transwoman over a ciswoman in this situation.

Almost as bad as causing offence, it's also a really naff way of describing someone. I'd rather someone want to be with me as a person, or my particular look, rather than what sounds like a tick on a bucket list.

This exactly sums it up. I have spoken to the men that I have had been intimate with and apart from needing lots of lube, they have said it feels no different than a cis-woman.
