cowboy builders or the house that jack built

did a reroof yesterday and when trying to take tiles off what do i come across instead of using felt they covered roof with expanding foam even dom would of been proud of this one wonder how many dodgy builders are on here

There was a company in B&Q a few years ago advertising exactly that, expanding foam under the tiles as insulation and waterproofing, don't know the details, but you may have come across one of their instalations.

It is a recognised & legitimate technique to stabilise & insulate roofs. Try doing research on the subject.

They spray a silcone type product not expanding foam expanding foam expands and lifts the tiles up on roof

I couldn't, I take far to much pride in my work.

I don't advertise so all my work comes from referrals

Im a plasterer and have to say ive come across lots og cowboy plasterers in the north east and north west. But i just love the calls i get saying ive had a plasterer and hes left a poor job job could you sort it of course i can. Makes you think the years at college learning the trade was worth it
