Flirting or just being nice?

I have a friend at work that says she's just being nice to people, but they always think she's flirting and they end up trying to get her number or they flirt back inappropriately and she never understands why.

Do you realise the difference between someone being friendly or if someone is flirting? Or even, do you know the difference between how you flirt or if you're just being nice?

I'm too thick skinned to notice the difference if it's being done to me....unless a friend points it out. And apparently I do it without knowing I am....so yes. Maybe she doesn't know/realise...

I have been caught out by this many times, I work with lots of blokes and what I consider banter some consider flirting and I never see the signs until it's too late

Being nice should never be misinterpreted as flirting

Intentional flirting usually involves hair tossing / playing with hair ....head tilting ...laughing at your shit jokes when no one else is ...touching etc etc ....just my take on it anyway
