But its often those who dont accommodate who are out on the back foot or asked to justify or its deemed they are doing something behind someone's back ... If we are talking about how to attract people, there are some simple "I would like to know" issues that affect many people's reactions. We really don't care if someone is married/has a partner/dead person at home (ok, the latter might be a bit worrying). Many people do. You increase your chances by explaining.
