Hairy faces and inky skin is far too prolific on this forum. I'm going to talk about pizza instead.

I made an absolutely bostin' pizza the other night. My secret for a beautifully light crispy base is to use very little yeast and give the dough at least 24 hours to prove, preferably longer. Tell me your pizza stories! How do you like them? What's your secret technique? GO GO GO!
